J & J Travel Excursions Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between J & J Travel Excursions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client (“you” or “traveler”). By booking travel with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

J & J Travel Excursions acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service delivery. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of each Supplier.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make travel bookings. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to be financially responsible for all bookings made on your behalf or for your travel party. Fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings are strictly prohibited.

All prices are subject to change until confirmed by deposit or full payment. Travel availability and pricing are controlled by Suppliers and may change at any time without notice. J & J Travel Excursions reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions.

By submitting payment, you authorize J & J Travel Excursions to charge your payment method for travel services. You are responsible for all charges, including applicable fees, taxes, and penalties associated with your booking. Failure to make payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation and change policies vary by Supplier and may result in penalties up to 100% of the booking cost. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Supplier policies and timelines. All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing.

By booking with us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes to avoid agreed-upon cancellation or supplier policies. In cases of unauthorized disputes, J & J Travel Excursions reserves the right to recover any associated costs, including legal fees.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Coverage may include cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. By declining travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss related to your trip.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and proper identification. Your name must match exactly on all travel documents and reservations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, and J & J Travel Excursions is not responsible for such occurrences.

Travel may involve risks, including but not limited to illness, delays, accidents, or unforeseen events. You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories, entry requirements, and health guidelines for your destination. By proceeding with travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers. J & J Travel Excursions is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any Supplier or third party. Airlines and other transportation providers are independent entities, and your ticket represents a contract between you and the provider. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues, or schedule changes.

J & J Travel Excursions is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supplier disruptions.

You are responsible for your conduct while traveling. Any damage, loss, or violation of laws may result in removal from travel services without refund. You agree to indemnify and hold J & J Travel Excursions harmless from any claims resulting from your actions.

J & J Travel Excursions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your travel experience. Our liability is limited to the travel planning services provided.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Michigan.

By submitting payment or booking travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
